Bellaz Gifting Studio does not ordinarily accept returns or replacements of products purchased through the website.

However, in case you believe there is a genuine reason to return the items purchased by you (such as damaged or defective products), you may raise a request for returns on the website or by writing to us at bellazgiftingstudio@gmail.com with all relevant details as indicated herein. Any request for return or replacement will only be entertained if received by us within 3 hours of delivery.

If Bellaz Gifting Studio accepts the return request in accordance with the policies set out below, depending on the nature of the products or the request raised, you will be entitled to either a replacement or a refund, at the sole discretion of Bellaz Gifting Studio.

Replacement: If Bellaz Gifting Studio agrees to replace the product, the returned item will be replaced with the same product originally ordered by you, subject to stock availability.

Refunds: If Bellaz Gifting Studio agrees to a refund, the purchase price paid by you for the returned products will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

For processing returns and replacements, the following details will be required:

• Clear photograph(s) of the product(s) requested for return.

• Invoice provided at the time of purchase.

• The original product(s) returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• Original packaging/box of the product(s).

• Product tags, MRP label, and any other accessories intact and undetached.

Bellaz Gifting Studio reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions or if it is deemed ineligible for return. Certain products, due to their nature, may not be eligible for return, and this will be clearly indicated in the Terms & Conditions. Return requests for such items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

In cases where Bellaz Gifting Studio approves a refund (for returns or cancellations), once the returned product is received and verified in accordance with the Returns Policy, the original purchase price paid by you will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed to your bank account through approved payment methods within 7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, you may contact your bank or reach out to us at bellazgiftingstudio@gmail.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request cancellation of your order up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of delivery, subject to the product being eligible for return/cancellation as per our Terms & Conditions.

If Bellaz Gifting Studio approves your cancellation request, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
